Only available in the Greater Vancouver area, with a preference towards Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody).

I offer photoshoots in the Tri-City area ranging from event coverage, food coverage, engagement photos, portrait photos, and more!

While I may not be the most experienced studio photographer out there, I will always put in 100% into each project I am able to be a part of, and if you have a vision for what you need I will do my best to figure out how to achieve it for you!

Available as both an hourly or monthly service.

I offer game design mentorship for fresh graduates or anyone who is pursuing a career in game design. I offer hourly consulting but also monthly mentorship. For that, I will work with you on your resume, portfolio, projects, interviews, and other skills to focus your efforts into getting that dream career!

ADDITIONAL PROJECTS

Kaitotunes

I perform piano weekly at @ki.teacafe every Friday nights, which led to a great community building around our shared love for video game and anime music!

KelvArts on Etsy

Through me and my friend’s graphic design works, we have put together a collection of merchandise sold on my Etsy page, covering fan art and other misc items.

It is not a huge priority at the moment, but all purchases support all the other things I’m building!

Kel Arts - Youtube

An outlet to my thoughts on game design, photography, anecdotes, stories I’ve learned from my journey and hopefully some things that can help others as well!

Secret Project

Kelvin Arts Studio is also working on a secret project! More information revealed in the future :)

About Me

My name is Kelvin and I’ve been doing professional game design for almost nine years. Working in triple A on eight different projects spanning multiple genres and four companies, I have a wealth of experience in surviving in the video game industry!

Since then, I’ve worked with students and other novice game designers to help them in their own journeys. I taught level design at La Salle College Vancouver and consulted for the Infocus Film School’s Game Design program, spoken at SFU and UBC events, helped build Game Design Academia, and several students have since gone on to work in their dream jobs.

In addition to this, I pursue photography part-time, perform piano regularly at a local cafe, and love to go to the gym or boulder in the Greater Vancouver area.
